POSTreat Fluoride Removal Filter Cartridge

So, aside from the health benefits of cleaning the water of impurities and fluoride. The water tastes amazing. One of my neighbours visited and commented that it tasted like water from a stream. It is delicious and I used to think water was boring! Recommended 💯

When i first started with Phoenix, I brought the Carbon filter as was desperate to have filtered water. Now Finally i got the Postreat Fluoride removal filter and it’s made the water taste even better and so much fresher. I feel confident knowing i am removing 95% of Fluoride especially having two young children. Also appreciate the thought from the design team who made the unit from stainless steel. Meaning no leeching plastic.

I now have great tasting water and properly safe drinking water.

I ordered the 2 pack that should be good for 8 months. Unfortunately what I received was only a single pack, good for 4 months. I can see how it would be confusing for someone packing the shipment as the order invoice says: 2 Pack - quantity: 1. So packing the box you see "Quantity 1", dump 1 in the box and job done.
So, my review here is only 3 star due to order accuracy. I have contacted the company and am awaiting a response (I just received the order and just reached out to them). If they make it right, I will update my review to 4 star (can't be 5 due to the hassle). If they don't make it right, then I have to lower the review as I would have paid double the price for the item.

Been waiting for my filter media to turn up for almost a month now. Customer service is slow and very unhelpful in escalating a lost package with the courier and either sending me new filter media or refunding me. After this I’m considering changing to a different company that will be less faff and may actually save me money in the long run.

But your website is hard to navigate to be able to remove myself from annual subsciption for the filters

we like the system and much prefer the taste of the water. Can't comment on the refill itself particularly, as we have no comparison, but it does ideally need two people to unscrew and screw the cartridges back in once re-charged.

Finding a good use for the spent filtrate particles would be even better!

I absolutely love this water filter. We chose to include the fluoride filter and the taste of the water is so much better. I have taste tested the water with friends and everyone has found a considerable difference in the quality of the water. Highly recommend.

Water still taste like tap water
After 2 weeks of using new filter balls it got clogged had to take out and hut it multiply time to get it working again

Package showed up with the pouches broken open again.

This is the second time ordering the product and when I received it the bags are split open and all in the big bag. It causes a mess. Please either put in a small box to ship so they don’t get crushed and break open or get better individual bags that don’t bust open.

We had previously received a shipment of FluoRid refill in April. But it was shipped in a flimsy thin cardboard envelope. Both packs were split open and beads had filled the envelope. This company replaced the FluoRid, and it was in a box and arrived in good condition. I'm giving it a 5 star because they were good about repacing it.

J'ai bien reçu et très rapidement, merci. Cependant, je n'ai plus les moyens (petite retraite) de remplacer ce filtre tous les 4 mois. Je le ferai tous les 6 mois, tant pis.

Had the Gravity Filter for a while. Seems to be great. Now I need POSTreat FluoRid Media Refill refills, not so great. What is the point of buying the thing if you can't get the refills for it?
