Is the POSTtreat compatible with all gravity filters or just the Phoenix Gravity Filter?

The POSTreat is compatible with all gravity filtration systems. Remember, it can’t be used alone - so you must have a gravity filtration system and existing Carbon Cartridge to use it.

Can I set it up myself?

Absolutely. The POSTtreat is designed for easy DIY set-up with your Phoenix Gravity System. You simply attach your POSTtreat cartridges to the exposed thread of the Carbon Cartridges. We’ll send detailed assembly instructions with your POSTreat filter.

Can I clean my POSTtreat Fluoride Filter?

Yes, it’s simple! You can clean the stainless steel casing of the POSTreat filter - without the FluoRid media inside - in your home using tap water and a soft brush or mild abrasive. The FluoRid media itself will need to be replaced every 4 months. We’ll include detailed instructions when we send it to you.

This is a good quality product for sure and I've been recommending it to everyone whose asked is about it when they visit and see it on our counter. I got the 4 person size because the 2 of us use quite a bit of water for cooking, coffee, drinking, etc. I would recommend that size for a small household.

je suis quelque peu déçu par cet achat car j'ai eu des problèmes de fuites au niveau du robinet. Cela est dû à une mauvaise conception de ce dernier. Il est en effet beaucoup trop proche du cercle de caoutchouc qui sert de base à l'ensemble.
Je suis aussi surpris qu'il faille rajouter 77€ pour avoir un robinet permettant de vérifier le niveau d'eau d'eau filtrée. Il n'est pas commode d'avoir à soulever le récipient du haut pour vérifier le remplissage du récipient d'eau filtrée.
Les filtres font sans doute bien leur travail mais comparé à la concurrence ( notamment Weeplow) je trouve l'ensemble cher si l'on veut être équipé correctement ( vérification du niveau d'eau filtrée et réhausseur).

This water filter has changed my life! I can never go back to tap water again and I do not TRUST the nasties in it plus it tastes so chemically

Water now has a 'slight' taste to it - I think from the stainless steel but it is SO clear and refreshing I find I am now drinking more water as I needed an incentive as I have not been drinking enough and my health suffered

I feel this is so much better for general health and wellbeing , to have all the nasties taken out and I do NOT trust the greedy corporate water companies when they say ''tap water is safe to drink'' when it contains all sorts of contaminants they do not TELL you about and I am happy with the filtering power of the filters , SO happy with this water filter and it has truly changed my life and was much bigger with a much better capacity than I thought!
