I received the Phonix water filter and was very excited to try it. However, from the beginning, the water had a slimy and bitter taste. I emailed customer service three times (5 months ago) but have not received a response yet. I also tried to call them, but I couldn’t find a number, and the one I managed to locate went unanswered. I would say their customer service has been terrible with no replies at all.
I continued to use the filter, hoping that the taste would improve because it was new. While the taste did get somewhat better, I’m still unsure if it worked as advertised. Ultimately, the taste remains similar to tap water, so it’s not a good experience for us.

I order the wooden stand which has not been delivered with my filter. i sent a message via the website which states i will get a reply with 48 hours but i still haven't had a reply over 10 days on and still no stand. I'm going to have to try and contact them again.
