I ordered the 2 pack that should be good for 8 months. Unfortunately what I received was only a single pack, good for 4 months. I can see how it would be confusing for someone packing the shipment as the order invoice says: 2 Pack - quantity: 1. So packing the box you see "Quantity 1", dump 1 in the box and job done.
So, my review here is only 3 star due to order accuracy. I have contacted the company and am awaiting a response (I just received the order and just reached out to them). If they make it right, I will update my review to 4 star (can't be 5 due to the hassle). If they don't make it right, then I have to lower the review as I would have paid double the price for the item.

Great add on as it makes it more convenient to see how much water is left in the chamber. The only disappointment was that the actual tap handle is made of plastic as opposed to the original tap which is stainless steel. Stainless steel makes it looks smarter. Otherwise happy with the product.

Really Love the Phoenix water filter system! It is beautiful, easy to use, has a great metal spigot that does not leak, and Phoenix has great customer service!
Charan Singh really came through and helped me to receive a 20% discount on purchasing extra water filters even though the coupon came in after I had already purchased two extra filters. I have never seen this level of customer service before! He worked for me with his manager to my benefit which really made my wife happy :) Great customer service!
I was considering purchasing a similar but different model from a manufacturer out of Ireland which cost over 100 Euros more and came with a cheap plastic spigot which leaked per their reviews.
So glad I kept searching by requesting to see more search results as I truly love my beautiful stainless steel Phoenix Gravity water filter system!

Water still taste like tap water
After 2 weeks of using new filter balls it got clogged had to take out and hut it multiply time to get it working again

Package showed up with the pouches broken open again.

This refill is a pack of little pebbles. I emptied out the old ones, rinsed the canister out, and put the new pebbles in the container. Simple. You need to run water through the new pebbles for a few minutes before putting it in your water system.

This is the second time ordering the product and when I received it the bags are split open and all in the big bag. It causes a mess. Please either put in a small box to ship so they don’t get crushed and break open or get better individual bags that don’t bust open.
We had previously received a shipment of FluoRid refill in April. But it was shipped in a flimsy thin cardboard envelope. Both packs were split open and beads had filled the envelope. This company replaced the FluoRid, and it was in a box and arrived in good condition. I'm giving it a 5 star because they were good about repacing it.

The product is great and I can taste the difference in the water.
But the only part that was the problem was the shipping.
The first packets came damaged and ripped open and I asked for replacements the second replacements were damaged as well.
Maybe a better shipping packaging can be arranged.
It's nice to see the refill media isn't in plastic but the paper packets aren't working.

J'ai bien reçu et très rapidement, merci. Cependant, je n'ai plus les moyens (petite retraite) de remplacer ce filtre tous les 4 mois. Je le ferai tous les 6 mois, tant pis.
Ayant acheté le Phoenix de 12 litres qui est relativement haut, l’ayant posé sur le support métallique, et moi ne faisant qu’1m60, il était indispensable de rajouter le robinet vision.

Had the Gravity Filter for a while. Seems to be great. Now I need POSTreat FluoRid Media Refill refills, not so great. What is the point of buying the thing if you can't get the refills for it?

the bags were brken but also where do we put thewaste contence from the filters, looking on line, its not good stuff for the planet?
