Are the activated carbon cartridges compatible with all gravity filters or just the Phoenix Gravity Filter?

Yes! Our advanced Carbon Cartridges are compatible with all gravity filters including Berkey and Doulton. If you’re not sure about your filter, just drop us a line and we’ll be happy to assist you contact here.

Can I set it up myself?

Absolutely. The carbon cartridges are easy to replace on your own - without tools or a professional - and installed in your Phoenix Gravity System within minutes.

You simply remove the old cartridges from the upper chamber of your filter and replace them with the new. We’ll send detailed assembly instructions with your new delivery - and our team is always available via chat, email and phone to provide help and support.Contact here

Can I clean my carbon cartridges?

Generally, you won’t need to clean your cartridges - but they should be replaced within 18 months. If you notice the flow slows down, it may mean the cartridge is blocked. In this case, you can easily clean your filter in your home using tap water and a soft brush or mild abrasive. We’ll include detailed instructions when we send it to you.

This is a great water filter! We’ve now been using it for 3 months and it tastes great relative to Yorkshire water from our tap.

Great Styling . Just have to decant into a smaller jug then pour into glass , but any taller and it would look unbalanced

This water filter has changed my life! I can never go back to tap water again and I do not TRUST the nasties in it plus it tastes so chemically

Water now has a 'slight' taste to it - I think from the stainless steel but it is SO clear and refreshing I find I am now drinking more water as I needed an incentive as I have not been drinking enough and my health suffered

I feel this is so much better for general health and wellbeing , to have all the nasties taken out and I do NOT trust the greedy corporate water companies when they say ''tap water is safe to drink'' when it contains all sorts of contaminants they do not TELL you about and I am happy with the filtering power of the filters , SO happy with this water filter and it has truly changed my life and was much bigger with a much better capacity than I thought!

the bags were brken but also where do we put thewaste contence from the filters, looking on line, its not good stuff for the planet?

Easy to set up and the water is crystal clear and tastes lovely

I drink more water now from day one

I was having trouble with "not feeling thirsty" which can happen with the elderly
