    Is the POSTtreat compatible with all gravity filters or just the Phoenix Gravity Filter?

    The POSTreat is compatible with all gravity filtration systems. Remember, it can’t be used alone - so you must have a gravity filtration system and existing Carbon Cartridge to use it.

    Can I set it up myself?

    Absolutely. The POSTtreat is designed for easy DIY set-up with your Phoenix Gravity System. 
    You simply attach your POSTtreat cartridges to the exposed thread of the Carbon Cartridges. We’ll send detailed assembly instructions with your POSTreat filter.

    Can I clean my POSTtreat Fluoride Filter?

    Yes, it’s simple! You can clean the stainless steel casing of the POSTreat filter - without the FluoRid media inside - in your home using tap water and a soft brush or mild abrasive. The FluoRid media itself will need to be replaced every 4 months. We’ll include detailed instructions when we send it to you.

    Purity of water is of course important for your body, and especially those of your babies and children. I am very glad I decided to try out a water filter and immediately noticed the change in quality of water with a better taste. I added the post treat to filter out as much flouride as possible, a chemical developed in the most recent war years for chemical warfare. Flouride can lead to skeletal fluorosis, characterized by joint pain, stiffness, and weaker bones. These countries have banned water flouridation: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, and Switzerland. I appreciate the lower prices of Phoenix Gravity flouride post treat and carbon filters by comparison to others with the same system. I like the look of the Phoneix Gravity polished steel filter chambers, and the stainess steel is easy to keep clean. Customer Services are sincerely helpful, respond quickly and help resolve any issues promptly.

    These filters are as described, easy to install. Once fitted they take a short time to filter through but once primed fully they work wonderfully. .

    They are awful, made the water taste disgusting so removed them from my filter. Definitely won’t be using them again!
