I order the wooden stand which has not been delivered with my filter. i sent a message via the website which states i will get a reply with 48 hours but i still haven't had a reply over 10 days on and still no stand. I'm going to have to try and contact them again.

I could notfind anywhere on your website where to recycle old filters.
There is lime scale building around the tap - I wonder what this is due to?
I have used the fluoride silver metal additional filters but can’t find how to re use them - what happens next?
It is really hard to get hold of anyone to talk to?

I did consider rebuying but had a terrible first experience! The tank leaked and instead of replacing.. I sent back the tank .. the company created so many issues. I later went via my credit card as it was a total joke! We use Doultonas they have ceramic filters. Much better

Love this filter. Use it for all drinking and cooking. Still tasted great even after a year just before we replaced the filters. Happy that we no longer have to use the sub-standard stuff that comes through the tap (and in many bottles)
