Great water filter, I know now that I am drinking the cleanest water. Goodness knows what chemicals goes into our tap water.💧My tea tastes better🫖☕️

It’s is an excellent product, water is amazing clear and nice to drink, things to consider.
- preparing and setting everything up took a lot longer than expected and the guidance wasn’t very clear in pictures or videos.
- the additional fluoride filter takes up space in the lower chamber and I would have got the next size up if I realised.
-the tap position means it doesn’t drain all the water. I have to tip the unit slightly at an angle.

I received the Phonix water filter and was very excited to try it. However, from the beginning, the water had a slimy and bitter taste. I emailed customer service three times (5 months ago) but have not received a response yet. I also tried to call them, but I couldn’t find a number, and the one I managed to locate went unanswered. I would say their customer service has been terrible with no replies at all.

I continued to use the filter, hoping that the taste would improve because it was new. While the taste did get somewhat better, I’m still unsure if it worked as advertised. Ultimately, the taste remains similar to tap water, so it’s not a good experience for us.

The Teak Wood Stand is an added bonus to the water filter. It elevates it both practically and aesthetically,
