Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, then we will initiate your refund within 2 business working days and it will credit automatically to your original method of payment within 7 business working days. For a full refund, please return the complete, original product as purchased. If only part of the product is returned, a partial refund will be issued based on the items received.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your branch and use shared transaction details. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@phoenixwaterfilters.co.uk.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items for defects in material or workmanship or if the product is faulty. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@phoenixwaterfilters.co.uk and send your item to Phoenix Gravity Water Filters, Unit 1, 11 Batsworth Road, Mitcham London CR4 3BX

Shipping:

To return your product, you should mail your product to Phoenix Gravity Water Filters, Unit 1, 11 Batsworth Road, Mitcham London CR4 3BX. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the shipping cost is not paid then the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £99, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not take liability for shipments that have gone missing or misplaced by the shipping service provider.

 

100-day Trial

A 100-day trial period is applicable on purchases of water filter systems (Filters with Stainless Steel housings) on Purchases made through our website. To be eligible for a return, the filters must be intact in their original packaging and without damages and dents on the stainless-steel housings. We need to get your return request within the trial period of 100 days to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

For all other products, a standard 30-day return period is applicable. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
